Water Heater Installs
Great experience. Provided some good info to help me decide what I need, info the other quoters missed. Price was good compared to the others, and included labor warranty to match the water heater warranty. Will definitely call them next time I need plumbing help.

Alex did an excellent & thorough job installing our new water heater. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem & pointed out in detail why we needed a complete new unit instead of just a part or parts. He worked patiently doing the installation in a hot garage. At the end of the process, he demonstrated the annual draining we should do to extend the life of the appliance which will save us money in the long run. Alex does great work for a reasonable price. We’d highly recommend him.

Leaks and Emergencies
I had a nasty leak inside a wall that was unaccessible due to being directly behind my hot water heater. I called Alex at 8am Sunday morning, he answered my call, was at my residence within the hour, and had my leak fixed by 11am. Alex is a true professional!

Wow! I have owned several homes and have use trades extensively. Alex was the best experience I have had across the board, communications, speed, expertise.
I had a water main leak on a holiday weekend. Contacted Alex and he arrived within an hour. The pipe was deep and a lot of dirt and rocks had to be removed. Alex carefully removed the ornamental rocks, used a tarp to contain the dirt and when finished the yard looked like new.
Thank you Alex

Drains and Clogs
Alex was great. We had a stubborn kitchen drain clog and also discovered a leak in the drain line behind the wall. He found and repaired the leak, then stuck with the clog even after running a 100-foot snake through it twice. He came back and hydro jetted the line and cleared out a ton of old grease buildup. Everything is flowing great now. Really appreciate him taking the time to figure out both issues and get everything fixed right. Definitely recommend him.

Alex arrived at our house on short notice. He did a great job and explained the cause (which I always appreciate) of the clogs, so I can hopefully prevent in future. Prompt and courteous. I recommend him and his brother.

Pipe Repairs
I cant stress enough how exceptional his service was. I knew my situation wasnt easy by any means but it was WAY more that I described too. He replaced the pipes and made it look amazing also. And the price was cheap! I WILL absolutely call him again if something plumber related comes up.

Remodels and Bigger Jobs
Alex helped me put my dream kitchen to life! I needed to move my sink to a perpendicular wall, which meant moving the drain and water lines. He communicated well throughout the project, even when issues came up. I would definitely hire him for any plumbing repairs in the future!

Alex was upfront about the cost and timeframe. Great communication on his end which is important cause I’m busy and I’m sure he is too. He came when he said he would. He was ultra courteous, explained the details of the job and did the work quickly. I will use him again for future plumbing needs.

I was referred to Alex because the scope of work was beyond what my usual plumber could handle, and I couldn’t be happier with the recommendation.

Alex was fantastic to work with! He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and recommended an under-the-sink RO system that he personally uses in his own home.
